The Opportunity

IRS provides:

Job Duties

As a Market Partner, you are the local owner operator. You will:

  • Build referral networks with plumbers, insurance agents, and property professionals
  • Hire and manage your field team
  • Ensure five star customer experience
  • Oversee job execution and documentation
  • Grow toward 10% market share in your territory

You are not building alone. A regional lead supports you, and centralized teams handle estimating, negotiations, call intake, and marketing infrastructure.

Compensation Structure

  • No base salary
  • 30% ownership in your territory
  • Optional early monthly draws (typically $5K to $6K) against future profits
  • Full profit participation after capital payback

This is a business ownership model with corporate backing, not a W2 management role.
