I am looking for a hungry, growth-oriented individual who is interested in taking the helm of a long-standing healthcare services business.

Following my acquisition in mid- 2022 I’ve spent the last 3+ years improving, re-tooling, and reorganizing the Company through process improvement, implementation of technology, and personnel development. Now that the operations of the business are on a solid foundation, I am looking for someone who is a go-getter and can ramp up top-line growth as well as oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.

The ideal candidate is someone who has the desire to own and operate their own business, but wants to take a smaller step before taking the full plunge into ownership. In exchange, I am offering significant upside (performance-based bonuses, equity incentives, equity purchase options, etc.) based on successfully growing the business. I anticipate continuing to be involved in an advisory capacity, but am looking to step away from the business day-to-day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the business
• Set and manage strategic priorities including growth initiatives, process improvement, and implementation of new technologies
• Work with leadership team to ensure quality of service and efficient operations
• Assist with finance and accounting functions of the business (can be outsourced as business grows)
• Work with owner to define and manage strategic direction of the business
• Maintain and manage key client relationships
• Identify areas for improvement in the business and champion improvement/development efforts
• Assist with generation of strategic client partnerships and corporate development
