Start Date: ASAP
About Ally Behavior Centers
Ally Behavior Centers is a leading provider of center-based ABA therapy for children diagnosed with autism. Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional clinical outcomes by executing with excellence—on people, process, and performance. We operate a proven, scalable model, currently serving families across 10 high-performing clinics with 14 additional locations planned through 2026.
We are now expanding into Texas, taking our successful platform into a new geography. The Texas region has already launched its first center, led by a seasoned senior clinician who relocated from our flagship Washington, DC market. With this strong clinical foundation in place, we’re seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to scale this region to six clinics by 2027, ultimately supporting a team of over 300 professionals across clinical, operational, and administrative functions. Longer term Ally is looking to build 60+ centers in the Texas market.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead our Texas market—a General Manager-style role that functions as the CEO of the region. This individual will own the growth, operations, and profitability of the region, acting as the key driver behind market expansion.
This is a unique opportunity to take a proven, high-quality operating model and scale it in anew geography. You'll be supported by a talented centralized team (Enrollment, Talent, Finance, Marketing, Clinical Services) while leading local operations and sales with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate combines operational discipline, people leadership, and a bias for action with a passion for mission-driven work.
