A team-first Strategy and Operations leader responsible for scaling people, systems, and execution across the company.
Location: Remote, United States (US-based; occasional travel required.)
Hours: Full-time, US Central Time
Compensation: $165k–$185k base, $200k–$225k OTE depending on experience

The Mission
Build the operating power that allows AcquiMatch to scale into the category leader in business buying.
Transform a strong foundation into a high-performance operating system that accelerates client outcomes, expands capacity, and preserves quality as we grow. You will lead the people who run the engine, turn strategy into systems, and ensure those systems execute at a world-class level.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team across operations, delivery, advisory, and client experience
- Strengthen workflows, systems, communication, and handoffs to support speed, clarity, and consistency
- Scale the tech stack and use AI to automate repetitive work while elevating the client experience
- Own and execute high-impact strategic initiatives, from AI implementation to capacity expansion
- Improve client onboarding, education, and communication so complex journeys feel simple and structured
- Turn data into actionable insights, tracking deal velocity, capacity, and performance
- Take operational ownership off the founder’s plate and bring clarity, calm, and momentum to the organization
What You Bring
- Proven leadership in high-growth, client-centric, or operationally complex environments
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Ability to turn complexity into simple, scalable systems
- Comfort using data to guide decisions and anticipate bottlenecks
- Experience in advisory, consulting, M&A, SBA, finance, or agency operations is a plus
- You thrive in ambiguity, lead with accountability and care, and follow through on big initiatives until they land and work.
